Our Oak Brook office is located in the Regus Suite at 700 Commerce Dr, Suite 500, Oak Brook, IL 60523.

OFFICE ACCESS

Please note: Once you get to the fifth floor, due to new security measures, the Regus Suite doors may be closed, but someone at reception will come to greet you.

Should no one be at the desk when you arrive, please call the number posted on the door to alert staff, who will come let you in and let your provider know you have arrived.

LATE POLICY

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact our office as your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
